Agree the business priorities.
Bring leadership, facilities and everyday users into the brief. Record the activities, headcount assumptions, meeting needs and current difficulties. Separate essential changes from preferences so options can be reviewed against the same priorities.
Test an approach before repeating it.
A shared vocabulary of work settings and materials can give locations continuity. Test that approach against a pilot site, then record where local dimensions, services, leases or working patterns require a different response.
Make the next decision visible.
Set review points for the brief, layout, coordinated design and implementation scope. Record decisions and responsibilities, including access and phasing in occupied buildings. Agree site coverage, specialist appointments and programme before commissioning a rollout.

Should we renovate the current office or relocate?
Compare operational needs, existing condition, available area, lease constraints and the extent of service changes. Begin with a feasibility brief and site information. A preferred option and reliable budget need project-specific investigation.
Can one brief cover locations in several Pakistani cities?
Yes, the initial brief can define a multi-city programme. Surveys, local coordination, travel, site supervision and delivery capacity need to be agreed for each location; a national brief does not imply automatic local coverage.
How can our staff help define the project?
Ask staff to describe recurring difficulties and the activities their current space supports poorly. Facilities and operations teams can combine those observations with drawings and occupancy information before the organisation approves its brief.
