Career Opportunity – Architect (3–4 Years’ Experience) Position Overview We invite applications for the position of Architect with 3–4 years of practical experience in the field of residential and corporate interiors. The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, design acumen, and the ability to manage assigned tasks independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, develop, and oversee design concepts and detailed drawings for interior projects. • CANVA, POWERPOINT, EXCEL/ • Ensure accuracy in CAD documentation and coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors. • Handle assigned design and technical tasks independently, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. • Maintain quality standards and adherence to project requirements from concept to execution. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. • 3–4 years of demonstrable experience in residential interiors and corporate interiors. • Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.); familiarity with 3D visualization tools will be highly advantageous. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
