Bring layouts, material intent, lighting and service requirements into regular design reviews. A record of decisions and interfaces helps the team understand which information is approved and which questions remain open.

Can MESA work alongside an existing lead consultant?
A defined interior, shared-space or renewal package can be discussed with the appointed team. Responsibility boundaries, information exchange, review authority and site involvement should be recorded in the appointment.
What information makes a proposal more useful?
Provide the site and approximate area, current drawings, development stage, intended users, budget framework, programme and consultant list. Identify the decisions and deliverables the requested package must support.
Are construction and statutory approvals included automatically?
No. Consultancy, specialist engineering, authority submissions, supervision and construction are distinct responsibilities. The proposal should state what is included, who is responsible and which services require separate appointments.
