🏢 Project Overview
MESA was commissioned to design the interior of the Pakistan Single Window (PSW) corporate headquarters—a pivotal institution driving trade facilitation and digital transformation across Pakistan. The design needed to reflect both the technological sophistication of PSW and its forward-thinking institutional culture.
🎨 Design Philosophy
The goal was to create a functional, aesthetically clean, and collaborative environment that inspires productivity and reflects PSW’s role as a catalyst for change in public-sector innovation.
✨ Key Interior Elements
Modern Minimalism: Sleek finishes, neutral palettes, and uncluttered layouts bring a contemporary feel while keeping the focus on function.
Smart Space Planning: Open-plan workstations, private offices, breakout zones, and collaborative pods are arranged to optimize workflow and connectivity.
Local Identity: Subtle design accents reference Pakistani heritage through textures and materials—infusing a sense of place without overwhelming the modern aesthetic.
Lighting & Acoustics: Daylight-maximizing layouts, acoustic ceiling treatments, and smart lighting ensure comfort and energy efficiency throughout the workspace.
Tech-Ready Infrastructure: The space supports seamless digital integration with concealed wiring, server-ready zones, and modern conferencing facilities.
🧱 Materials & Finishes
Engineered wood + matte laminates for warmth and durability
Acoustic wall panels and ceiling baffles for focused work zones
Glass partitions to maintain visual transparency and openness
Brushed steel and minimalist light fixtures for an urban, tech-forward vibe
🧭 The Result
The final design is a balanced blend of form and function—an office that feels agile, intelligent, and aligned with PSW’s digital mission. It’s a space built for the present, with the future in mind.
